Mentor

  • Chose a career in coaching for the opportunity to pour into athletes, not just as runners, but as people
  • Views running as an amazing opportunity to grow and develop to one's own potential in other areas of life
  • Approach to coaching is centered around truly knowing and understanding the athlete as a person
  • Builds internal belief in oneself and in others that is contagious to all other disciplines in one's own life
  • Focuses on developing each athlete to their true potential. Personal Records (PR's) are a mere by-product of hard work + smart training fueled by unwavering belief. The greatest reward is the achieving of one's own potential in all other avenues of their life.
